How do I know what size to order?

Hero Bands are measured from snap to snap, not end to end. Most people want 2-3 fingers' width of extra space within their bracelet for optimum comfort. Our Kids band is 6”, Extra Small is 6.5", Small is 7”, Medium is 7.5”, Large is 8” and Extra Large is 8.5”. To ensure proper sizing, measure your wrist and compare it to our listed sizes, keeping the recommended extra space in mind.

Small is our most popular band size for women, followed by extra small and medium. For men, our most popular size is medium, followed by large.

How long will it take to get my order?

Hero Bands bracelets are handmade and made to order. Bands aren't stamped until you place your order, and are typically ready to ship in 5-7 business days. We do our best to keep up with demand, but holidays, sales, and other factors can impact turnaround times. If your item needs to be rushed, please contact us so we can let you know our current anticipated turnaround time. If something is out of stock we'll notify you.

Can I order in bulk?

Yes, and we offer discount pricing for bulk orders! Contact us with the details of your bulk order and we will get back to you with any additional information needed to determine cost. Once we have all the details needed, we'll provide you with pricing.

My bracelet is hard to snap. Is this normal?

Exchanges are available for incorrect sizing, but you must pay return shipping as well as a $5 restocking fee.

If we can't make it right, you can return your order and we'll issue a refund once your returned order is received. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

My metal seems discolored. What should I do?

After time some metals need to be polished - this is especially true for copper and brass. For best results, purchase our pro polishing pad - or be sure to look for a pro polishing cloth if you purchase elsewhere.

Firmly rub the metal until it shines. No need to use any chemicals, the polishing pad should take care of the tarnish.
